Terms of use
Draft for the private beta · Updated 6 October 2026
These terms cover the TinyTodo website and optional cloud and AI-connection services.
Contact
Support and privacy contact details will be published here before public release.
Using TinyTodo
TinyTodo is a personal task-list app. You remain responsible for the content you add and the actions you ask connected clients to perform. Use the service lawfully, and do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Private beta availability
The app is in private beta. Connected services are available after Apple sign-in in the Mac app and may change or be interrupted during testing. Public availability and pricing have not yet been announced. Keep a separate backup of information you need.
Your content and connected clients
You retain your rights to your content. You allow TinyTodo and its hosting providers to store and process it as needed to provide the features you choose. Authorizing an AI client allows that client to act within the permissions on its consent screen. Review the provider’s own terms and check important changes. You can revoke future access at any time.
Mac App Store license and purchases
When TinyTodo is distributed through the Mac App Store, the application license is covered by Apple’s standard EULA, unless a different license is explicitly supplied in the listing. Apple’s applicable store terms govern purchases and refunds. These website and service terms do not replace the app license or remove mandatory consumer rights.
Data and ending your use
The privacy policy describes data processing. You can stop using the service, revoke connections, export your tasks or delete your account. Disconnecting an AI client does not delete copies that client already received.
Service changes and problems
Features may evolve during beta. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or security problems. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates
Updated terms will be dated on this page. Material changes affecting connected service use will be communicated before they take effect.
