Manage your data.
Keep a copy, disconnect a client, or remove your account.
Export or back up your list
In TinyTodo, open Settings → Data & backup. Choose Save backup for a restorable copy, or the text export option for a readable list. Store exports somewhere you trust. Restoring a backup adds copies rather than overwriting your current tasks.
Disconnect an AI client
Open Settings → Sync → AI connections, or use Manage connections in your browser. Disconnect the client you want to remove. Its future access stops; data already returned to it may remain with that provider.
Delete individual tasks
Open the task details and use the trash button. Deleted content can be restored for 30 days. Completing or archiving tasks keeps them in your account and does not start the deletion period.
Delete your cloud account
- Export a copy first if you want to keep your tasks.
- In TinyTodo, open Settings → Data & backup and choose Delete account.
- Read the consequences, then confirm with a fresh Apple sign-in to the same account.
Access is disabled immediately after the request is accepted. A background process removes account tasks, history, connection grants and the service’s sign-in identity. This is separate from simply signing out or uninstalling the app.
What happens to other copies?
The current app clears the account’s local data after deletion is confirmed. Other upgraded devices clear their old account caches when they reconnect. Older versions without deletion support must be upgraded; an offline device cannot be remotely erased while it stays offline.
Cloud database backups expire within 35 days. Minimal deletion records prevent restored backups or stale devices from resurrecting removed data. Your own exported files and content already in AI conversations are not erased by TinyTodo. Delete those separately where needed.
Remove Sign in with Apple separately
TinyTodo removes its own account access. You must also remove TinyTodo from your Apple account’s sign-in settings if you want to revoke Apple’s authorization. Follow Apple’s instructions for managing Sign in with Apple.
